Bhopal railway division has added yet another feather to its cap as it has acquired a Vistadome coach on Tuesday. The coach will be incorporated into the Bhopal-Jabalpur Jan Shatabdi Express. The Vistadome coach is equipped with impressive features including large glass windows, glass roofs, rotating seats, and an observation lounge, providing passengers with breathtaking views.
According to Divisional Railway Manager Saurabh Bandopadhyay, the acquisition of the Vistadome coach is a significant achievement for the Bhopal division. DRM Bandopadhyay stated, “The service of this coach will commence soon, allowing nature enthusiasts to enjoy the scenic beauty during their journey in this coach.” Division officials also mentioned that the service will commence shortly. The Vistadome coach aims to ensure that passengers not only have a comfortable journey but also create lasting memories.
Vistadome coaches are a new initiative by the Railways, designed to enhance the travel experience for tourists. With wide windows and glass roofs, the transparent roof stands out as its unique feature, enabling passengers to enjoy the beauty of nature throughout the journey.
The coach consists of a total of 44 seats, all of which offer utmost comfort with ample legroom. Officials emphasize that people of all ages, from children to the elderly, will be able to travel comfortably in these seats. One of the key highlights of the seats is their ability to rotate in any direction, allowing passengers to choose their preferred viewing angle. Additionally, recreational facilities will be available for passengers onboard this coach.
